even if i have enabled desktop notifications in gmail and even if i have enabled safari notifications in system preferences and allowed gmail notifications in even safari preferences, they doesn't show up.

When you enabled Desktop notifications in Gmail settings
did you notice a blue link "Click here to enable Gmail notifications for Gmail" above the radio buttons"?
If you see one, click it after selecting your option. Save it.

AdBlock has problem with macOS 10.14 Mojave.

yes, i did. both things. i really don't understand where is the problem..maybe adblock plus addon in safari but i doubt it.
I have Adblock Plus, not AdBlock. And it's working fine.
I guess I'll install Go for Gmail app in Mac.
