I want to remove Showtime as a source from the TV app.
iOS 12.2.
Go to Settings/TV.
Under Connect To TV I tap the slider for Showtime to turn it off.
Get this message:
The TV app opens.
As far as I can tell, there are no settings in the app itself.

I believe the problem was fixed.
I’m 12.3.1 on my iPad.
I can remove a source now.
iOS 12.3 has eliminated this from settings, but put it in the Apple TV app (Watch Now tab -> Click account icon in top right -> Sources: Connected Apps). The same dialogue shows up with the same result... the desired app is not removed as a Source.

I understand about cancelling the subscriptions in iTunes.
The part that has me stumped is where I should ‘go into the TV app and turn it off.’.
I can’t find anything inside my TV app that looks like it will control content sources.
I’ll attach a picture of my TV app. If you can describe a path through that app to those controls, I’ll give it a try!!!
