iPhone XS battery life problems and battery drains despite normal usage

When you go to Settings > Battery what processes/apps are using the majority of your battery?

I have an iPhone XS and have been really disappointed with the battery life. It lasts about 4 to 5 hours of "on screen time". Been to the genius bar four times and chatted with support and customer services several times. Apple always tell me the battery is normal and performing as it should. If anyone has this problem and is within the 14 day return period, I would strongly recommend returning the phone for a refund. I wish I had.

I went on holiday and used a combination of google maps and safari to navigate the city and the camera to take a few photos. My phone dropped by more than 50% in 3 hours with less than 1.5 hours on screen time. Weather was not cold. Background app refresh off, screen time off, location services off for all but essential services, bluetooth off, display set to switch off after 30 seconds, raise to wake disabled and "hey siri" disabled.
