Ever since updating my iPhone SE to iOS 12, I have experienced bad battery drain. This is very noticeable when the phone is in sleep mode. I have tried turning off Background App Refresh, disabling Location Services, etc. The battery health is 100% to 98%. (The tool varies)

That is not as good as what Apple uses. You might also have a power IC issue. While you were looking at your Battery health what apps were using the majority of your battery?
Is this continuing with each successive upgrade of iOS 12 all the way to iOS 12.4? If yes click on the Contact Support link at the top right of this page to start the service process.
It depended. iOS 12.0.1 was better than 12.1.1. iOS 12.3.1 was about as good, if not better than iOS 12.1.1. And iOS 12.4 seemed to be pretty bad. After that, I downgraded to 12.3.1. And now the battery life is still worse than when I was originally on iOS 12.3.1.
I would get this one tested again.
Doesn't appear to be an iOS issue. At which point in all these updates did you have the battery replaced?
I’m not sure I remember. It was in December, so probably iOS 12.1.1, or possibly iOS 12.0.1.
If you meant test the battery again, I looked in battery health. and it said 98%. I used a computer program, and it said 95%.
I don't know. I turned off Background app refresh, and when I check the battery section, it doesn’t say any apps were in the background. It still drains.
