Apple Watch “manage” bubble
My Apple Watch only shows a bubble with three dots and under it says “manage”. Nothing will press or change. The watch face is working like normal with turning off and on

Press the Digital Crown and the power button together and hold until you see the Apple logo and release. The Watch will reboot. That should correct your issue.
