The screen time turned on without me ever setting it up?

My screen time randomly turned itself on. I have never set the screen time for myself, and my parents have never done it either. We all tried all passwords we would have used, but are now locked out for an hour. Would the apple store be able to help me with this, or am I out of luck?

Screen time passcode keeps randomly turning off The screen time passcode requirement gets randomly turned off. This happens daily I think or almost daily. This basically renders the screen time restrictions useless... This is happening on both of my kids accounts on multiple devices. No they do NOT know the passcode as I have been changing it daily and this issue is still happening. I am pretty surprised that Apple has not acknowledged the issue exists and have not a) recommended temporary work arounds and b) are not implanting a fix. Thoughts?
