my add person to facetime button is grayed out

when trying to add a person on group facetime my button is grayed out as well as the other person i’m on facetime with as well

facetime i can’t facetime more than one person at a time. when i try to face time with a group chat i don’t get the notification or i cant click the button as it shows up grey. I’ve tried logging out and logging back into facetime , disabling and enabling facetime and it still doesn’t seem to work.

Group Facetime Hi! My group facetime isn't working and I was wondering if it was a software update issue or if it was my phone in general? So in every group chat I'm in, the group facetime icon is grayed out and when I try to open up a group facetime through the actual Facetime app, I'm only allowed to add one person because if I try to add 2, they become grayed out. Any ideas to fix this? I have an iPhone X and iOS 13. Thank you :)
