macOS Mojave 10.14.4 external mouse lag/freeze

I am using an external usb mouse. The mouse lags and sometimes freezes. The mouse completely freeze when I am using OBS. It is not the mouse's/adapter's problem because I use the same mouse on a windows 10 pc with completely no problem. All my other usb devices are working.

Mojave 10.14.4 mouse stuttering Since updating to 10.14.4 on a Mac mini 2018 I am encountering a stuttering performance of my USB-2 connected mouse. I've already had issues with the Logitech Control Center software and Mojave right from the beginning, as LCC cannot detect the M500 Corded Mouse after system start or restart. Only workaround for this issue is to unplug and replug the mouse every time I (re-)boot the computer. Now, since the 10.14.4 update, the cursor's movements stutters about every 4 seconds, which makes working with that computer really soul-destroying. The issue is not limited to the Logitech USB-mouse, it happens with every other USB-mouse that I tried and also with a Wacom tablet. And it's not limited to USB either as it also happens with a Bluetooth Apple Magic Mouse. Save Boot, resetting NVRAM/PRAM did not help. (Mouse works fine on my Mac Pro 3,1 btw) Anyone any further idea about the causes? Could this be a HDMI issue? Thanks in advance!

Wired mouse lagging in Macbook pro 13 after updating to macOS Catalina. After updating to macOS Catalina, my wired mouse is lagging continuously. In mouse setting, it's having problem with mouse detection.

Mouse Lag in Mac OS Monterey So I upgraded my MBP late 2015 to Monterey. First I just upgraded and all worked fine expect from an overheating issue. I decided to wipe the disk and do a fresh install. Overheating issue is gone but now I'm facing another issue. The apple Magic Mouse 2 are lagging. After what I've read it seems like I'm not alone with this. Any news about this issue/any ways to fix it? Thank you!

it is my adapter's problem because I switched an adapter and everything is fixed.
