xcode bounces but does not launch

Hello,

I'm having an issue launching Xcode. I'm new to is, and this is the first launch, and it apparently crashes, evidenced by the console.

That is a very old beta. That could be the cause of Xcode failing to launch.

To get off the betas:

1) Launch Applications > System Preferences > Software Update

2) Look for the option "This Mac is enrolled in the Apple Customer Seed Program", and click "Details..."

3) Click on "Restore Defaults".

Since 10.14.4 is out now, you should get a notice to apply that update. You should do that. Hopefully Xcode will launch then. You might need to restart.
