Is safe to delete Recovered files folder from trash containing iMovie related stuff

Hello!

Is is safe to delete Recovered files folder from trash that contains iMovie saved document -folder (or something like that – I have different language setup) and wav file VO-1 [project name]? Size of the file is only 430 kt. Project seems to work fine with out the file.

I’ve always deleted all the files under recovered files but is this the same case. Is this just some temporary file that didn’t get deleted in right time? Apparently this doesn't have anything to do with iMovie installation?
