Recently bought Apple Watch 4. Heart rate charts consistently unavailable after a run. Tried using Runkeeper and whilst running heart rate didn’t even show on watch. I bought this watch specifically to keep an eye on my heart and all I get is average heart rate on the Health app after a run! My old Fitbit charge 2 charted heart rate after running. What can I do to remedy this?

Fully unpair and re-pair the watch using the latest back up.
heart rate not showing when using Runkeeper. I’ve tried pairing and repairing watch as suggested. No heart rate chart available using run keeper and heart rate didn’t appear while running ☹️ Charts also not available in activity app. Tried wearing watch on tightest fastening. Any ideas?
Thank you .. seems to be working much better although takes a while to connect on Runkeeper .. 5 or 10 minutes after the run has started..
