Cyberduck

Guess what? I just found out from the Arris Manufacturer that you cannot get/log into this particular modem model. It is just a modem and not a router. I have a google wifi system that connects into the modem. And I have a Xfinity Home Security system that has its own router that I have to use for that.

So as I see it, I have to either return this modem and purchase one with a built in router that I can modify settings. Or I have to somehow try and modify the settings in the router being used for the Home Security.

I'm not sure how to do this.

But if I did it right....

Results:

Yes. I saw that but it still will not work.

From FileZilla (X'ed out critical info):

SFTP does not work either. It just times out after 60 secs.

Port 21

Nothing has ever changed. Never edited the bookmarks.

Tried Active. Tried Passive.

When I change it to SFTP the port automatically changed to 22.

Firewall was turned off.

I enabled/turned on and edited adding Cyberduck and FileZilla.

Saved.

Same issue. And a re-scan still shows ports not responding.

This makes sense to try and open the port(s)

Here is the problem. I purchased the utility program in the link but its PC based (exe file).

I am MAC (as I suspect you all are).
