Hey. It says that this update is available for macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 or later. I have 10.13.6 but the update says: "incompatible update". What could be the reason?

The reason is Mojave 10.14.3 or above are required as mentioned on the App Store page. The document that states 10.13.6 is incorrect.

Xcode 10.1 works with High Sierra, and seems to be the newest/last/final version of Xcode that will work on High Sierra.
