IPad Pro sidebar doesn’t include News+

I’ve updated all my IOS devices to 12.2 and subscribed to News+. On the iPhone, I have the News+ link on the bottom of the News App. On my iPad mini, the News+ link appears in the sidebar of the News app. I’ve access my subscription on both devices with no problem. However, on the iPad Pro, there is NO News+ link in the sidebar (or on the bottom, fwiw). The Header at the top of the News App reads “News” on the iPad Pro and News+ on both the iPad Mini and the iPhone. Additionally, when I use the Manage Subscriptions link on the iPad Pro, my subscription to News+ is shown.

Why isn’t there a News+ link on the sidebar of the iPad Pro’s News App?

Fixed.....I searched for a magazine by name using the search box above the the “channels and topics” header. The magazine turned up in the search results and, when clicked, I was taken to a list of issues that I could download/read. Now, when I look at the sidebar, the News+ link is right where it should be. So, to turn on the News+ feature, I have to get to a magazine through search then I can used News+. Wonder why Apple chose to let iPad Pro users go on this treasure hunt when the iPhone/Mac/Mini users could just see the News+ button right away? Not ready for prime time.........

This did not work for me. I do not see New+ in my News app on my Ipad. I do see it on my IPhone. This is ridiculous. Apple is making the shutting down of texture that much more irritating.
