micraphone symbol on lock screen?

I had a microphone symbol top left showing on my lock screen didn’t have any apps open never seen it before what does it mean?

An orange dot on iphone after closing the app Hey, I have iphone 11, ios 14.6 I used microphone for an app but after closing the app the orange dot came on the right upper corner and left when i locked my phone - not shutting but locking. Why would that be? It has never happened before and i am worried.
