An orange dot on iphone after closing the app

Hey,

I have iphone 11, ios 14.6

I used microphone for an app but after closing the app the orange dot came on the right upper corner and left when i locked my phone - not shutting but locking.

Why would that be? It has never happened before and i am worried.
