Macbook air App Store not working

Im on a macbook air and im trying to download imovie. when i go to the appstore and hit accept it makes me sign into my icloud and after that the button goes grey and nothing happens, done this several times. How do i fix it??

First I thought it was because of the upgrade process, so I did a fresh install of Mojave, wiping my storage. But this didn't fix anything. I also did a second fresh install, no effect. I read on some threads that the AppStore and broken and will need a fix, here for example, but there are other threads like this. Problem is those messages date from the last october for the most recent ones. So when can we expect to get a proper fix for this issue? And if we can't use the App Store, how would the fix be installed on the impacted computers? Thanks.

Cannot download or update nothing from the Appstore in my MacBook Pro The issue is that I currently cannot download or update nothing from the Appstore, whenever I try no download something it just keeps loading as you can see on the attached Screenshot. I've tried logging in and out from my Apple ID and to force quit the Appstore but still it does not work, does anybody knows what I can do?

Mac App Store Fails to Download Apps Hello everyone, hopefully someone can help me out. I just purchased the 2018 MacBook Pro 15'' and I am trying to download some of the apps I am used to using from the App Store. When I click "Get," I get the green "install" button. Once I click "install," a spinning ring appears as usual, but it spins for quite a while. Then, the faded "purchased" button appears. However, no app was ever installed or purchased and when I click the purchased tab in the App Store, nothing appears. Any thoughts on how to solve this issue?
