The issue is that I currently cannot download or update nothing from the Appstore, whenever I try no download something it just keeps loading as you can see on the attached Screenshot.
I've tried logging in and out from my Apple ID and to force quit the Appstore but still it does not work, does anybody knows what I can do?

Try a different wifi network or the hotspot on an iPhone or other smartphone; office, library or coffeeshop.

Thank you, actually I made an OS update and after the update I was able to download and update things, thanks tho!
