Original owner is available and i want to unlock icloud lock of Iphone 6 plus. What are the requirements?

Have the original owner remove the device from his/her account. Turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support

Contact that original owner and ask them to disable activation lock. They are the only one who can do so.
