Original owner is available and i want to unlock icloud lock of Iphone 6 plus. What are the requirements?

Have the original owner remove the device from his/her account. Turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support

Is there any way to remove the icloud lock if you don't know the previous owner? I bought an iPhone 6 plus online and it has an icloud lock. Is there any way to remove the lock without knowing the previous owners Apple ID?

Contact that original owner and ask them to disable activation lock. They are the only one who can do so.
