Apple Store app cannot confirm the compatibility of my device

I got a replacement iPhone XS and the Apple Store app cannot confirm the compatibility of my device as screenshot below.

I also found someone been asking the same issue here https://discussions.apple.com/thread/7718779 and no one can give an advise on this.
