can connect my airport express to Dell PC Windows 10

I have been using the Apple Airport Express for 2 years on my Dell PC (Win10) and for some reason it has now stopped working. If i connect with Ethernet through the device it works. I can pick up the signal but error message 'unable to connect to this network'.

Please help

Reset the Airport to factory and reconfigure from scratch. Keep all names short, no spaces and pure alphanumerics.

If you keep having issues.. I would also lock to a channel like 9 for 2.4ghz and briefly test with no security to see if it comes good again.
