Imap slow sync

Greetings.

I have problems when synchronizing the inbox in mac mail, for windows outlook, I got this solution https://www.123marbella.co.uk/clients/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=161

but they did not give me any for mac mail, for that reason I come to you to see if they can help me.

Mac Mail Syncing Issue I've had an issue with Mac Mail not syncing fully with Gmail on my iMac. It's set up via IMAP. On my MacBook Pro (currently with Maverick), the changes sync instantly. On my iMac (21.5-inch, Mid 2011, High Sierra 10.13.6), it syncs the emails, but does not clear out the emails I've already read and archived elsewhere, i.e. on the MacBook. This has been happening for some time--even before Maverick came out. Apple Support call did not result in a fix. Any advice?

IMAP synchronising mail with host server Unable to get my deliberately deleted emails in Mail to delete on host server (IMAP connection) using my newer Mac book (Mojave). IONOS.CO.UK is host and they have spent several hours looking into this and have stated it is a Mac issue. I agree as my older Mac book still synchronising deleting emails on host server through IMAP. What's the fix on newer macbook (mojave)? Thanks

How do I tell Mail to resync with an IMAP server? I have moved my users from macOS High Sierra + Server mail services to macOS Mojave + Server + open source dovecot/postfix/etc (MacPorts). This works in the sense that people can send and receive mail. One of the things I am running into is that while the inbox is being synced, the Sent mailbox is not. So, users see different content in their Sent emails box depending on the device. Is there a way to (a) get this fixed and (b) keep it from going wrong again?
