Hello,
yesterday I updated itunes, safari and other, and a mysterious app named "Feedback" has appeared in my Launchpad. See screenshot. If you click on it, nothing happens. If you try to delete it, you can't.
If I go into applications, "Feedback" is not there.
Anyone has any idea what this is and how to get rid of it?

actually I fixed it.
So as said before, if I search into "applications" the app was not there.
Even searching with spotlight yesterday would only show me "Feedback" and the clicking on it nothing would happen.
But then by accident I misspelled "Feedback" while searching again in spotlight. And when I corrected the spelling some list of folders named feedback appeared actually a lot of them.
At that point I went to "see results in finder" and then it was possible to "highlight" the app finally. And I went command+i but honestly I didn't see any useful information.
From then I could just delete the app easily by dragging it into the trash.
I still have a lot of folders named "feedback" but the app is not there anymore. I wonder what this was and if it will re-appear.

Click on it and see what launches?
Or Spotlight search for files named feedback anywhere, and rummage that list looking for potential culprits.
