HBO and STARZ subscription and my Apple Tv

Im subscribed to Liberty Cabevision of PR with all the channels like HBO, Showtime and STARZ.

i bought an Apple TV and downloaded those Channels.

It keeps telling me that Liberty has not include those channels on my subscription.

I have called Liberty and they accept that I’m psying for those channels but that they have no idea what’s the problem with the Apple TV that doesn’t want to recognize it.

I have had Apple TV always with all those channels. This is something rescent.

Please tell me what to do
