Achievement Badges Stopped Working

As if 3/31/19 I have not been receiving my achievement badges. Both my phone & my watch are updated to the latest IOS as of a few days ago. The activity rings are accurate showing that my move goal was met but yesterday got no credit for Perfect Month For March nor for perfect week. Also Longest Move Streak stopped updating. I did restarts on both devices & no luck. Any ideas on how to fix this?

The part at the bottom most relevant to you is that it can up to 9 days for an award to appear. Hope this helps you!
