OK, that makes sense. I would expect a "cash converter" to erase all the data on the computer. In fact if I was to give my computer to a "cash converter" I would erase all my data and account prior to handing it over.

You'll have to provide more information and context. Are you saying you sold your computer and the new owner removed your username and password now you can't get into your computer? Makes perfect sense to me. Please explain your issue in more detail.
