For some reason when I try and make in app purchases a pop up tells that the purchase can’t go through and to go to www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/. I even have my credit card information set up so I’m still not sure as to why the purchase wouldn’t work.
that doesn’t help because I need an order number but I don’t have one
