can not update Apple ID setting

I have 1 macbook pro 2015, 1 iphone 6 and 1 ap watch.

Recent, mac and iphone show notification about "update aplpe id settdings"; i followed all step but nothing happend. For example, with my macbook, I clicked setting > icloud > update apple id setting > password.... > and a menu (as under image); and there's not approval from other device; same with iphone.

Even i sign out my ID from all devices, and sign back again each device step by step. The notifications in all are uncomfortable, help me plz, Apple Support !
