I purchased call recorder from Telestar to record calls. I am unable to download the mp3 files. Call recorder support say there is a problem with the file creation.
Does this app work on the iphone 5c - I posted this query yesterday but my post seems to have disappeared.

"Compatibility Requires iOS 10.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod touch."

Thanks for replying - I have i0S 10. I did contact Telestar and they responded that the calls were not recorded due to a problem in the file creation. I have read on other posts here that Apple place restrictions on the downloading of mp3 files - was just wondering if this is the case here.
