Podcasts syncing across family account

We have a family account, and different icloud accounts. However, even after I've turned off podcast syncing my husband's and my podcasts continue to sing. Whatever he subscribes to comes out on my feed and vice versa. How can we fix this?

iCloud Family Sharing: Can we share features only with specific family members? I have family sharing enabled with members of my household. I am able to control what features all members share, but I cannot seem to find a way to only share certain features with specific members. For instance, I would like to control who has access to the Apple Music subscription from time to time, but the shared features don't seem to offer this granularity. It's either everyone gets it or no one but the family organiser. Any ideas?
