Can I get Apple News + on High Sierra OS?

Tried to sign up for Apple News+ but it just sends me to how to update OS then back to promo page. Have a late 2011 Macbook Pro so it won't update to Mojave. Is all the new products just announced only for those who can get Mojove??

News+ Requires Mojave 10.14.4 yes which makes sense since the actual News App that its a part of, is only available on Mojave. Nowhere for you to see the news items on High Sierra.

For TV+ its still unknown what the requirements will be. Its possible iTunes on High sierra may get an update to support it.
