I installed Mojave but there is no apple news and home I installed macOS MOJAVE on my Mac but there is no app like news and home. Guys please help me

Unfortunately no. Apple News is a migrated iOS App, and requires the iOS translation software built in Mojave to work.

There's no way to run it on earlier macOS versions.
