How do I speak with a customer service rep on about a whitepages purchase subscription

After some investigation, it appears that an error prevented your purchase from being recognized in our system, even though the charge went through. Since this means you will not be able to access your purchase, the best course of action would be for you to get a refund so that you can try again.


If you made your purchase with Android, please provide us with the email address registered to your Google Play account so we can issue the refund for you.


If you made the purchase on iOS, you will need to contact Apple Support for assistance with your refund. This is because all billing through the App Store is managed by Apple, and we are unable to issue refunds for iOS purchases. Feel free to send a copy of this email along so that Apple Support is aware that we advised the refund.


I do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience here. To prevent this issue from occurring in the future, you could always create your account at premium.whitepages.com and then use that account to log into the app. Alternatively, you can give us a call and we will set up an account for you. We can be reached at 1-800-991-3077, available Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM EST and Saturday/Sunday, 9 AM to 7 PM EST.

I'm sorry to hear about any issues accessing your purchase in the Whitepages app. I was not able to locate a purchase associated with the email address you provided, but we would of course still like to help. So that we can look into this issue further, could you please reply with the following information:


  • Any email address that you may have used to create your Whitepages account. This is not necessarily the same email as your Apple/Google account.
  • The price of the product you tried to purchase
  • The date of the purchase


Once we have that information, we'll be able to do some extra checks on our end to find your account.
