Bluetooth issues

I have a Mazda 3 2016 that has worked fine playing Bluetooth up until now. When I try to play music through usb it says authentication failure and when I try to play through Bluetooth my iPhone shows that it’s going to MAZDA but my Mazda doesn’t show the song name on the screen and doesn’t play anything. I can get calls through the car so I know I’m connected to Bluetooth. Is this a iOS issue or a Mazda issue and has anyone else found a fix? I’ve seen other posts about similar issues so I know it’s not just me

Hello Dhjsjfejjdjehsifhsdi,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I understand that you are having an issue with using your iPhone with your Mazda 3 using Bluetooth. I would recommend starting with the following support article to sort out what may be going on with the connection.
