Hello.
I have an iPad Air 2 32Gb space grey. I want to restore to last iOS version 12.2 and used my iMac with MacOS Mojave latest version.
When I try to restore use ipsw files, iTunes look me a code error 14... unknown problem to restore.
If try to restore use iTunes update, say that can't download for file corrupt more or less...
What is the problem?

As you can see, the article lists four steps followed by a suggestion to contact Apple Support. You should thoroughly and carefully try each of the four steps.
I don´t ignore your tips, I saw all steep but the problem stay here.
My last option was check on my MacBook Air and not a problem so my iMac is very bad... :-(

I used my iMac cable (cable to charge keyboard and mouse) and iPad Air 2 box cable but this error is here...
I can´t restore my iPad Air 2 (iTunes error code 14)
