My iPhone occasionally asks me to sign in to my iCloud, but when I enter my password, it asks for it again, then says 'Authentication Failed: A server error occurred'. This has been happening for over a week, and I have tried turning the phone off and on again, hard reset, making sure the date and time are automatic, backing up and resetting the phone, and I am able to log in to appleid.com with no issues; please help ❤

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Authentication Failure Message, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will reset the network settings on your iOS device.
Then re-enter the AOW APN settings: Insert the AOW Data SIM into your device
I reset the network and reinserted my SIM, however the issue with my ID still persists whenever I try to access my iCloud settings on the device; same error message as before
