Genius results can't be updated. Network connection was reset

have a problem to sync my iCloud Music Library from my iPhone to my Windows laptop even though it's working on my other 2 laptops. It says "Genius results can't be updated.Network connection was reset" even though I have done everything like checking my Preferences and syncing my iPhone with iTunes. I can access iTunes and access For You/Browse but all my songs in Apple Music does not appear on my PC's Library. Please help

This problem just recently popped up (started yesterday, 4/6/19). I just got off the phone with support. The fix was to go into your iTunes music library (typically found under "Music" in your user files), delete the "iTunes Library Genius" file. Then restart iTunes, go into Edit/Preferences, and reselect "iCloud Music Library" at the top.


Hopefully that works for you as well. If not, give support a call so they can further help you to troubleshoot this.
