Apple does not recommend third party tech companies. Take it to Apple or an Authorized Apple Repair Service.
If the problem is malware then you can probably just download and run Malwarebytes. Malwarebytes was developed by one of our own colleagues here in ASC and is about the most proven anti-malware software for Mac.

If it's malware run Malwarebytes. If it's just an unwanted program then see if it has a built-in uninstaller and use that. If not go to your Applications folder and drag it to the Trash and empty.
Definitely not. Any such popup message will be a scam.

You can find local Apple Authorized Service Providers or see if you have a nearby Apple Store using locate.apple.com. These are the only Apple endorsed repair locations.
