Macbook 13 2018 8GB restarting or shutting down 1-2x/week

This has been happening since I bought the MacBook in November... it will spontaneously restart or shut down, with no crash reporter coming up once it boots. I've had it looked at by Apple remotely and at a Genius bar. There are no hardware issues. The OS has been re-installed. NVRAM reset. Not sure what to try next.

It's running a profile from MS for my company (it''s my laptop, they let people use Macs if we install the MS Company Portal. Using MS Office 365 apps installed locally. Also WebEx Meetings app. Symantec AV.)

I'd appreciate any help. Looking at the etrecheck report it's hard to believe that Outlook and Lastpass crashing resulted in a spontaneous shutdown on 2 hours later, but I guess it's possible(?).
