how to get mac file opener

I was on my computer deleted files and i deleted the mac file opener. Im a little confused understanding if that was already on my mac when i bought the laptop. I am having trouble now opening any documents or files and i am wonder if it was that file i deleted that i actually needed it. And now im stuck not able to open documents such as .exe

Why would you want that app? It is not part of the default install of apps. And, you certainly should not need it. Please read up on that:

I would contact the developer and get proper uninstall instructions in order to remove it properly.

As for helping to open apps: what exactly are you having a problem with and what is the message you are getting? exe files:
