MacBook Air 2017 logic board problem

I own a macbook air 13'' 2017 model for 14 months and its motherboard failed. The repair cost is 720 euros or 2/3 of the amount I paid for buying it. Several posts for this specific model report logic board fail 2 two months after the 12 month warranty has expired. This is unbelievable for a company like Apple. Has the Apple support solved this issue ?

Since we are all end users like you, we would not know if Apple has or is thinking about doing something. You will need to contact Apple - FWIW, I always purchase Applecare with my devices because they are so expensive to repair and I am covered for three years.
