Apple account

My apple account is not working anymore....it doesn't accept my new passwords, or doesn't recognise them. I don't know what else to do but like this neither my iCloud nor iTunes are working.


And....when I need to put my birthdate into my personal information, I cannot put the 3....y birthday is on the 30th, but it only allows me to write 03.........


How can I find a solution for these?
