Adding Personal Data to Apple Health Records

I really enjoyed Microsoft HealthVault to aggregate my personal records from all my appointments since birth. Unfortunately, they are closing down at the end of this year and I want to migrate my files. Is there any consumer-side to Apple Health Records where I can upload my own records collected from other hospitals and keep them all on my Apple Health Records database? I don't like that I need to log in to my individual hospital to view my records and would love a solution to take control of my own health, securely and efficiently.
