my videos do not upload to icloud?

If you do not have enough iCloud storage, new photos and/or videos may not sync.

If you have plenty of storage and everything else is set up as described in the provided article, it may be an issue with your network. If you're using cellular data, try syncing over Wi-Fi. If you're already using Wi-Fi, try another network or switch to cellular data.
