USB-C to lightning extension cables

Does anyone use a 1m or 2m Apple lightning to USB-C to charge their fast charging iPhone and have tried using a 3rd party USB-C Male to Female extension cable with NO compromise on speed of charging?

(See photo for an example of 3rd party extension).

How is a lightning fast charge cable physically different from a regular cable. I have some fast charge chargers but only older Type-A cables (and A to C adapters). Do I need a special cable to fast charge my iPhone 11 and iPads?
