iPhone Call - Audio Output
Since upgrading my iPhone to 12.2, I am experiencing an annoying bug.
While on a call on my iPhone, I used to be able to toggle between iPhone and Speaker for audio outputs. Now, when I press that button, I also get Apple TV as a option, which I do not want.
I have all WiFi calling, calls from other devices, Handoff, etc., turned OFF. I cannot seem to make this audio output option go away.

I have this also and it's only newer AppleTVs that show up. I have multiple in my house but only the newest version is showing up here. I haven't tried disabling AirPlay on that AppleTV but that's the next step. I don't really want to disable AirPlay entirely but I will if it makes that ****** audio button go away.
Turning off AirPlay on the AppleTV did not remove it either. It must be connecting via WiFi. There's no way to disable Continuity on an AppleTV that I'm aware of.
