Logging in to iCloud on PC in Chrome is requiring two-factor authentication every time

For years now I have been logging into iCloud on my PC at work using the Chrome web browser. It is only this week that it started asking for the two-factor authentication every single time I log in. I can choose "Trust and Sign Out" when I sign out of iCloud and it makes no difference. I can choose "Trust this Browser" when I enter the two-factor authentication code I get on my iPhone and that doesn't work either.

I don't close Chrome or even close the browser window that has iCloud loaded, I just sign out. I can sign out and then turn right around and try to sign back in and it will ask for the two-factor authentication again.

As I said, this is something new that just started this week. It is really annoying and when I get the message on my phone it shows that the location is all the way across the country from where I am but I hit allow and then it gives me the 6 digit code that I enter into my browser.
