Controlling iPhone music/volume with Apple Watch upon wake up.

I know how to control control music and volume using the "Now Playing" app on the Apple Watch, but what I want is for the "Now Playing" app to show up immediately when I look at my watch.

Right now, when I look at my watch I have to scroll to "Now Playing", select it and then control volume. Even though it's the last thing I view, if I put my wrist down and pick it back up 45 seconds later I have to start over by scrolling, selecting and adjusting.

Is there a way that "Now Playing" can just stay at the top of my "wake up" so that I can see it (or the last thing that was up on the watch face) each time I lift my wrist. (note: I know that "Now Playing" will only appear if it is actually sync with music playing on my iPhone).

Thank you.

Go to the Watch app, General>Wake Screen, and change the setting for On Screen Wake Show Last App.
