Microsoft Outlook on Apple Watch doesn't work over LTE?

I have an Apple Watch Series 4 with LTE cellular connection. Most of my apps work fine when I'm out and about with only my watch. However, when I try to open the inbox of my Outlook email, it just gets stuck on "loading" forever. If my iPhone is nearby it loads fine.


Does Outlook not work over LTE?

1. On your Watch Series 4, delete the Outlook application. 

2. On your iPhone, open the Outlook app -> Settings ->Accounts.

3. Tap on your account. I only have one account and am not sure what would happen if you have more than one account.  

4. Scroll down to "Reset Account" and reset it. Wait for it to complete. 

5. Go back into Watch app on iPhone and (re)-install the Outlook app. 

6. Should work now.
