Is this site ligit from Apple ?

I received and email below for the transaction for Game I didn’t know while the email is not in the language I used. I click on the link mention to cancel this transaction that leads to the second screenshot. I am not sure the site is ligit so I stop everything before I proceed.

Can you help clarify?
